Services
We provide web development, graphic design, and 3D modeling services. Project scope, timelines, and pricing are defined in individual proposals and statements of work.
Payment
Payment terms are specified in each project proposal. Typically, we require a 50% deposit before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon delivery.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all deliverables and associated intellectual property are transferred to the client. We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the services rendered.
